Exercise: Only work related exercise. 5PM to 11:30PM
(I'm a server at Cracker Barrel)

Weigh-In is Tomorrow!

Work-Out for Today: WORK!!

Work is CRAZY and I'm gettin' home so LATE! (after midnight)
I live in "college" town (ASU) and it has been Home Coming Week.

TONIGHT is Home Coming and they are makin' all the servers come in 1-2 hours early. They expect we will end up on 1-2 hour waits for seating.

Lord, give me strength and my legs power to "Run*Forest Run tonight!" emoticon

I will get one heck of a 7 hr. work-related work-out tonight!

Wednesday

emoticon This week has not went well at all "re: exercise."

My days off have blown by and I was busier than I am at work! emoticon

(Go back to work tomorrow)

Today I was consumed by going through the house and finding out what we are out of and then looking through Spark CookBook for recipes and making out my grocery list. Now, I have to go to the store and it's 6:25PM emoticon

I haven't even made dinner yet!

I refuse to "beat myself up" and let that "failure mode" seep in..

Bumps in the road are part of the journey and everyday cannot go perfect and as "planned/scheduled." With my OCD in full over-drive, this isn't easy for me.. I obsess over every issue/detail.

I just have to let the sensible side in me and the strong side fighting the OCD win me over so I can calm down and know it's okay.

Pep-Talk: Things to Remember:

I have made so much progress!

I have lost a lot of weight!

I'm on a JOURNEY, not a race.

Tomorrow is a new day!

There are still 4 days left to exercise before Weigh-In!
(Sunday to Sunday is my week)

Tuesday

It was Day 2 OFF and I finally got the scrub cleaning DONE as well as laundry!

I can now focus on my work outs!

My calories were on the higher side of my range but I was still within my limit.

Monday

Calories have been tracked and are in range. emoticon

Exercise:
It's my first day OFF from work and it was spent scrub cleaning the house.
I wanted to fit in my "work-out" but ran out of time.

At least I was burning calories while cleaning and running all over the house.
