So, today was an ok day. Being a full time student, homemaker, mom and part time worker life is always full. Monday through Wednesday I devote majority of my days to doing school work and making meals for the family. Thursday is chore day, i.e. laundry, cleaning, yard work, and meals for the family. Friday and Saturday I spend 12+ hours working. I have found, that I eat sooo much better at work, especially on Fridays (fry free Friday at work). However, besides my goal of writing more frequently, one of my other goals is not to eat out... and I have included buying meals from work as "out". It has only been since Aug. 31 for not eating out... and last Saturday I almost broke down and ate out. It took a lot... A LOT of me telling myself that I could wait the 1hr30min till I was off work to eat dinner and I would have way healthier choices available. Thanks eveything that is holy I made it home!!! Anyway, back to what I was originally saying, Sunday, I get a day off to spend and hang with my family.
I have been trying for over 2 years to make lifestyle changes. However, I have found that lack of structure and continuity in my life makes it so hard to stick with anything... I mean absolutely anything. I am a creature of habit, and moving 3 times in the past 2years has been the absolute END of me!! I have left behind all of my friends and family which has also been hard. Soooo... now there is continuity in my life I am wanting to make myself accountable.
