I've been a little off this weekend.

When my family comes to visit, it always throws me a little off track (or more literally, off "tracking my calories"). I've learned not to panic though, since all the wrongs I've committed in a weekend seem to level off by the end of the week. I just have to be realistic. This means understanding why there is no 2lb loss on weigh day this Sunday. But it's okay, and it was worth it. Because sometimes you just need a little break, a mental vacation to relax and have fun with the ones you love.
So today it was back to the gym, back to tracking calories, and back to rebuilding the habits of consistency. Now if only I can be so systematic about my homework...
