I did it!

I popped in my Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred and did it!

Day 1: Complete!

Now I just need to keep it up.

It will be hard. I know. I lack discipline.

Pretty sure my legs are going to fall off though. My arms are wobbly jelly too.

Hopefully I wake up tomorrow with everything attached.

    You can do it! Just keep going and before you know it the 30 days will be over with. You'll love the results! I did it for the month of September. I got great results and am now doing Ripped in 30.
