Another day down. Plyometrics. It's hard, I'm tired.
Came home a little early today to get this done and followed up with a Shakeology shake. Was a good workout. Wore the heart rate monitor and was definitely in the zone most of the time. It's weird because it just doesn't feel that hard until after the fact when I realize I am pretty exhausted!
Headed to a flow yoga class tonight. Going to do spinning classes Tue / Wed / Thu and ride the bike to work on Wed. That should add enough cardio to make things work right. As for now, just gonna chill out for a bit, gather my whits and get ready to get real sweaty again.
