I will be finished with my Get Ripped rotation at the end of this week. I'm looking forward to my active rest week. There will be no yoga this week as it's ToM. I will get my yoga and pilates in next week along with cardio.......maybe some barre.

I also received my new Klutch Club box on Saturday. It had great goodies in it. Some of the items I have been using for some time but it's fun. I shall post some pictures later. I also have something to give away but I don't know if there will be any takers, we shall see.

I have worked from home for almost a week and it's back to the grind tomorrow. Not looking forward to it but I have no choice. I will take some leave on Thursday morning for my little one's birthday. I'll work from home that afternoon and Friday.

My goal this week is 20 - 45 minutes of cardio each morning before work. Being that ToM, it's exhausting so I'm only pushing as hard as I feel comfortable.

Remember, push yourself, you never know what you can accomplish.
