I've been going way over my sodium intake. I'm beginning to think maybe I shouldn't keep track of it. I don't want to have another thing to worry about when I choose what to eat. I haven't been told by a Dr that I should watch my intake... I innocently added it to my daily report because it was an option, but now its just causing me worry and anxiety... Maybe I'll just track it for a full week and see what it teaches me...
