These are some instructions that will definitely help you to live a sparkled day in all your sparkiness. I shared this with my team and thought I would share with you all. You may have already read it but it is a wonderful reminder to us all that we need to do at least one of these a day. Do you have a favorite here or to add? Post it below. Enjoy and have a FANTASTIC day!!

1. Smile a lot.
2. Practice random acts of kindness.
3. Give someone a hug.
4. Laugh out loud.
5. Do at least one positive thing for yourself.
6. Do at least one positive thing for someone else.
7. Give a goodie to your Spark friends.
8. Give someone praise.
9. Give yourself praise.
10.Make someone smile.
11. Make yourself smile.
12. Laugh at yourself.
13. Look at yourself in the mirror and smile.
14. Sing out loud. (Even if you can't sing.)
15. Pick one thing that's positive about yourself, write it down and look at it often.
16 Learn something new every day. It will make your day!!

And the list goes on and on.......

    Here's one to add: Don't take nice things for granted. It's better to say THANK YOU several times in a row than to not say it at all. We like to know when someone appreciates something we did, so we need to remember to have appreciation for those who do things for us. Saying a heartfelt 'thank you' today might help someone remember you and help you again in the future.

Another: Be willing to donate yourself. Whether it is donating a little money or volunteering a little time to a good cause, it means a lot to those you've helped. If you give today there's a chance there will be help available if/when you need it.

Send random good thoughts to friends and family. Send 'thinking of you' letters, cards, emails, or phone calls to someone you haven't talked to recently. A few moments of your time could mean the world to someone you care about.
