I love this! I'm starting to love my treadmill. My husband had a fit when I brought that expensive treadmill! And it set for quite awhile. Sometimes I would get on it but mostly it was lonely!! Then one day I decided just 10 min. That was a start!
They say its 70% what we eat and 30% exercise! I hope the portions will come in next. I seem to lack in that area. I just take it a day at a time. But I will make myself exercise! Period! I have no excuse! And I will push just a little harder every day if I feel like it. Not too much!
