Day 9 on treadmill!!

Monday, October 08, 2012

I love this! I'm starting to love my treadmill. My husband had a fit when I brought that expensive treadmill! And it set for quite awhile. Sometimes I would get on it but mostly it was lonely!! Then one day I decided just 10 min. That was a start!

They say its 70% what we eat and 30% exercise! I hope the portions will come in next. I seem to lack in that area. I just take it a day at a time. But I will make myself exercise! Period! I have no excuse! And I will push just a little harder every day if I feel like it. Not too much!

I have a treadmill, too. Thanks for the reminder that I need to use it more. Now that colder weather is coming, I'm sure that won't be a problem.

Glad to see your treadmill getting some use. Too many are idle.

I think regular exercise gets you thinking about your body and its requirements and makes it more natural to begin the small changes that lead to big results in the diet area -- you become your own inspiration!
