well..its another beatiful day..i feel a little guilty because yesterday my buddy came over and we watched the game..ordered a pizza..i told myself i was just gonna eat 2 pieces..ended up eating 4..oh well..to make up for that im going for an extra long walk ,double up on my exercises.
otherwise though i feel great. still smoking one cigerette an hour(with a couple 1/2 hours in there) still drinking a ton of coffee..coffee is the hardest thing to cut down on..i just love my coffee.well i better get out there..seattle is sunny AGAIN..i almost miss the rain..(but not quite) ;) have a blessed day all.......

Good exercise plan to make up for those slices of pizza. I hope you are able to quit smoking soon and able to cut down on the coffee.

Wow - I'm really worried about all the buzzing you must get from the cigs & coffee combined. Your poor cells are all operating on hyper-ness! I find it very hard to stop at just 2 pcs of pizza too. Today is your chance to recover and it sounds like you are planning to do exactly that - good job.
