Starting a new sprint today, with a few modifications. I've upped my weekly calorie intake to the middle of my range (instead of the lower end). I've also upped my exercise minutes and calories slightly. Tomorrow I'll start posting the new charts. I think they'll be easier to read.
Yesterday was Thanksgiving dinner for my family. I had a really nice drive up to my parents place -- the leaves were beautiful. Got to see all of my aunts and uncles who live up in town, and my grandmother as well. So thankful to still have her with us -- she's 87 years old. Dinner was lovely, and I didn't really overindulge. It's rarely the food that gets me, it's the wine. Not this time though, since I had to drive. Drove home after dinner with my kids (they had been staying with my parents since Thursday). Then spent a few hours going through all of the stuff that had been packed away while the basement was being finished. Many treasures there.
Today, I have a few things I want to get done. Clean up the kitchen, make soup, cut up fruits and veggies for the week, make some cookies for the kids, get out for a run or a walk and pick up a couch that I'm buying from a friend for the basement. That's a lot to do.
I think my potential major impediment today is me. I feel like having a lazy day, watching a movie with my son, generally doing nothing. There's nothing wrong with having a lazy day. I think that I'll regret it if I do today though. My motivation is lacking a bit. That's why I've picked Never Surrender as the theme for this week. I need to push through and not surrender.
Just to wrap up last week, here are the final burndown charts. What these say is that I blew past my targets for calorie intake (not so great), exercise minutes (great) and exercise calories (great).

Don't know how popular this was outside of Canada though.
