Mini-Challenge #2

Results of Mini-Challenge #1 was an overall success. I acheived the goal of working out 5 out of 7 days, though I mixed up the run/rest/weight days according to how I was feeling.

10/8 - Monday - Cardio 10 mins, Weights - 20 mins
10/9 - Tue - Run - 2 miles
10/10 - Wed - Cardio 10 mins, Weights-20mins
10/11 - Thur - Run - 2 miles or REST
10/12 - Fri - Weights or Run 2 miles
10/13 - Sat - Weights or Run 2 miles or REST
10/14 - Sun - Weights or Run 2 miles
