Bad Weekend, better motivated

My weekend was not bad in terms of enjoyment, I had a great time this weekend. However, I was "bad" this weekend. I enjoyed homemade chocolate chip cookies (thank you so much step-dad :D ), popcorn, candy, AND soda at the movies, and I neglected to track every little thing so my tracker looks better than I actually did (oops).
But, even though I am suffering with some serious allergy issues, I am motivated to stay on track this week and I managed to get myself moving enough to do my workout for today. I am really grateful for all of the free workout videos that are available to me through SparkPeople. I would not be as persistent with pursuing my weight loss goal if I did not have these tools.
