SOOOO, it is Monday.. Had a bad weekend... stressful I guess I should say. Kids and husband mainly. I didn't do any exercise. But I didn't think I ate to terrible bad. I know I didn't do "great" but I did ok. Well yesterday I got on the scale and I was NOT happy! I made my daughter come and get it and told her to hide it that I didn't even want to see it again until November. I am going to keep working on it. But today is going to be pretty hard for me I think :( I went today for a wellness check at the dr. He told me everything I know already lol.. but I really liked him (new dr) . Happy Monday everyone.. hope your mood is a little brighter than mine!

    When I eat like that on the weekend, I am usually up, and it is usually attributed to sodium. Push the water, pump up the intensity when you walk, and wait until November to weigh again.
