Wow. I have gained 10 pounds in the last week. That's what will happen to you when you aren't tracking and just don't care.
I stopped drinking water. I stopped working out. I stopped living the lifestyle that I have worked so hard to change. Why?
Because I don't have it all figured out. I need to stick to what I know and stop getting upset over things I cannot control.
Here's to finding myself again...
