It was gray and gloomy all weekend. Me & my hubby stayed home and relaxed, it was nice. Since Friday I had something cooking in the oven or my crock pot. Friday was home made baked macaroni & cheese. Not diet but delicious eaten in very small portions. Saturday I made pumpkin oatmeal in the crock pot and home made pumpkin bread (from scratch), it made a lot of loaves. Sunday I did Greek meatballs in the oven with egg lemon sauce. Not sure about the 'goodness' of that sauce I need to run it thru the recipe calculator. It's very lemony so you don't need a lot.
I haven't had any binges since my last episode. I signed up for spark coach but didnt find the time this weekend to log in and use it. I'm tired of counting and using a web site. I started reading about the paleo diet and I wonder if it could work. I think I'd start by using low GI carbs and then slowly phase things out. Many different sources say its good for you. I'm just not sure.
No exercise this weekend, I enjoyed being lazy but feel guilty about it now.
