It is amazing how much not sleeping enough makes this journey difficult! Being awake longer during the day makes you more hungry. It's just common sense! I did better over the weekend, but not last night. I'm still feeling fairly decent, though. I will definitely get better sleep tonight, though! Hopefully I'll be up for a longer run/walk with the dogs tonight since it's going to be 60+ degrees and those types of days are running low :)
I've tracked today, so that's a move in the right direction. I also noticed that I've been burning over 2000 calories per week for the past 2 weeks. All of that hiking, running/walking with the dogs and dancing are definitely a big plus to calories burned. So I changed my calories burned goal, which raised my daily calorie intake. I think this is a good thing. I've been so hungry! We'll see how it works.
