Tossed two chocolate chip cookies

Saturday night I was all alone for dinner. I had just gotten home from a babysitting stint at my daughter's, and I was too tired to cook. So, first I thought I would have yogurt, bananas, and strawberries. A healthy dinner, right? But halfway through, I just couldn't stick it anymore, and so I made a big batch of popcorn with butter so I could watch a DVD on my new big screen tv. Popcorn goes with a soda, right? So, I happened to have a bottle of gourmet root beer that I had bought for a special occasion.

After my dinner of popcorn and soda, I decided I needed a dessert. I took out some homemade chocolate chip cookies I had in the freezer and a glass of milk. Cookies and milk, very comforting when you are alone on a Saturday night.

But, oddly enough, I could only eat two of them, and I could only drink half the milk. I tossed the other two cookies out.

Very proud of self.

    How did you toss them? I find putting them down the disposal very satisfying.

    Good job in tossing them! Consider that tossing out some future bad choices. ;) I wish you luck in continuing in your efforts to make positive choices.

  Congratulations! I love that fact that you really did not feel like eating the cookies and hope I get to that point soon.
