We ate dinner a little later than usual. I think that helped me refrain from going back for snacks. I went to bed a little hungry last night, something I rarely do. So, maybe that's what I need to do, adjust what time we eat dinner.
I've done a four mile walk two days in a row. I hope to go to Zumba tonight. If I don't, I'll do four more miles. Forcing myself to stay motivated!!
