Today I am motivated to get back on track. I forgive myself for maintaining for a month. I guess I needed the break. Now I am going to make a small 5lb baby goal that feels achievable. I can do this. I am armed with the information, support and tools I need. I a going to find moderation in losing this last 30 pounds and not be neurotic if the scale moves slowly. I am going to celebrate down as down and not freak out if it bounces up a tad black or white isn't working.
