It's been 11 days with no weight loss. I watch my calories and stay between 1200-1300. I'm striving to eat the right amounts of each thing.....I hope it begins to come off. I did Weight Watchers a few years ago. Kept my points at 18 every day, and worked out in the gym, aerobics, yoga and weight lifting, 5-6 days a week. I went 6 weeks with no weight loss. I finally started the Zone diet, and it began to come off. This time I have tried to do the Zone, but I just got so tired of eating that way. I just couldn't stay on it.
Exercising for me this time is much harder. I have muscle and joint pain all over my body. I've tried to find gentle exercises because I usually end up in more pain afterwards. I'll keep on, and if nothing else maybe it will keep me from getting too stiff !
It was a tough weekend. I had pain in every joint. It was difficult to walk, pick things up, raise my arms, ect. Thankfully, today I am feeling better ! Yay ! Maybe I can begin to attack the housework and laundry that has piled up, or at least wash my hair and dry it ! Yeah, little things make me happy !
Well, onto another day. Off to do a little exercising. It's good to be feeling better than I did over the weekend. Happy Monday !
