how to cut back on wasted time...

trying to figure where i have wasted time...

maybe i can do better tracking my food and exercise if i do last thing of the night... I am always checking facebook just before i go to bed,... maybe I can track instead....

maybe i can do 15 minutes n the treadmill while my coffee is brewing first thing in the morning... then jump on computer for my coffee/computer time....

since this is a new week.. i think i will try these 2 things and see what happens...

    Great ideas!! I need to start doing that too. I think I will be surprised at how much time I could recover if I used it more efficiently. Discipline - not my strong suit!

    i have to get back to tracking I have been so lax on that. When I was tracking I would write it all down first then enter it at night, however sometimes I did not like that method .because I would not know how many calories I had left or carb's & fat.Take care
