While it seems a little late to post goals for October, I have had this picture on my desktop for several days. I do this once a month, and the first thing I see when I turn on my computer is a list of goals.
So you can read the October Goals:
Keep up with homework
Exercise 4 days/week
Drink plenty of water
Pay bills
Go to Gym once a week
Write 500 Words a week
Continue organizing craft room
Remember: I AM BEAUTIFUL!
I did not meet my September goals, I got to 207 and stuck there. Then last week I gained 2 lbs the first time I tried to not weigh myself everyday. So I think I'll go back to weighing everyday, even if I don't record it.
Anyways I also have goals for the following week:
Try one vegetarian dish.
Keep up with homework.
Go to gym at least once.
Give up 1 fast food meal.
Write 1 day on a short story.
Write 500 words on novel.
Exercise at least 4 days.
Track food intake.
