A quick summary of what I did from 1st to 7th October 2012, did I reach my goals and any rewards gained!
## GOALS ##
- Wake up early for Qiamullail daily
Yes daily except on 2nd (woke up too late for Qiamullail) and 6th and 7th (couldn't because of TOM).
- 2.5 litres (non-fasting days) or 2 litres (fasting days) daily
Yes for all seven days!
- Eat at least three baby carrots as snack daily
Yes for first four days then kept forgetting for the last three days.
- No night workout daily
Yes for 1st, 3rd, 6th and 7th (1st because rest day, 3rd perhaps got lucky, 6th and 7th because weekend) and No for 2nd, 4th and 5th. Need to work harder for following this plan.
- Get 6hrs sleep on weeknights
All nights except 2nd October - I was waiting for my mobile to finish charging till few minutes past midnight and now I think about this, a bit stupid reason to stay up late, haha.
- Fasting on Mondays
Yes on 1st!
- Jump rope 5000 jumps for this month
In progress, current total is 830 jumps.
## SPECIAL GOALS ##
- Shadowing Mom For Dinner Preparation
Yes for every night, had to sacrifice my Bleach anime at nights (I still can watch the rerun on Saturday, 5 episodes straight!)
- Hercules Cleaning
None from list - cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, living room and drain around the house.
- Japanese Student
Haven't started yet any chapter except browsing through.
## REWARDS ##
- Bleach DVD Season 1 because I successfully did Special Goal #1, yay! (get Bleach DVD one season for every week, at least 5 days of following mom preparing dinner)
- No reward for Special Goal #2 (collect MYR50 for new high heels for every task completed)
- No reward for Special Goal #3 (a blouse/jean for every two chapters completed)
