Monday Blues

So I'm thinking of all the different ways I can explain to my trainer why I didn't lose weight again this week without using the words, pizza, chocolate or take away. it'll be a tough session as always and I'll be in a world of pain for the next few days but somehow I'll easily manage to replace all the calories I've burned with extra food and my weight will stay exactly the same. Its like you know what you've got to do but then the weekend happens and you just forget. And every Monday you say right then fresh start...

    I feel your pain! I tell myself this all the time - you know what you need to do - but I find really great ways of not making it happen. It's tough, I know, and really frustrating. I don't have a great answer except that if you know the weekends are especially hard, work out extra over those days to compensate for the extra calories. We can do this!

    Perhaps you should use weekend as fresh start instead of Monday :D

    we need to approach the weekends with moderation and not consume all those extra calories. good luck you can do it if you set your mind to it.
