Well, I'm a third of the way through BLC20, but not a third of the way to my Goal.
Without going into any excuses, I have to realize that I have 7 pounds left and 7 weeks left.
Here's my flight adjustments
More Veggies, no packaged snacks.
No unplanned eating out. Nutrition plan set in advance for the days I am eating out. (No more finding out the day after that an Arby's sandwich is 800 Calories and 2300 mg Sodium!)
Move from 2 rest days a week, to one.
CICO is -3500 every week.
