BLC20 - Week 4 and Progress

Well, I'm a third of the way through BLC20, but not a third of the way to my Goal.

Without going into any excuses, I have to realize that I have 7 pounds left and 7 weeks left.

Here's my flight adjustments

emoticon More Veggies, no packaged snacks.
emoticon No unplanned eating out. Nutrition plan set in advance for the days I am eating out. (No more finding out the day after that an Arby's sandwich is 800 Calories and 2300 mg Sodium!)
emoticon Move from 2 rest days a week, to one.
emoticon CICO is -3500 every week.

Eating out a lot can really throw a wrench into the works!! And don't forget...Thanksgiving is coming up!! More veggies is a GOOD thing!!

    Great plan! You can do it! I'm not 1/3 of the way toward the goal I set for myself this round either. Time to change that! Thanks for the reminder.

    Eye opening post! I have not reached 1/3 of my goal either, I am so glad you brought this to my attention.

I have been focusing on the challenges, etc... but not on my end goal. As of now it will all come together as one goal.

Thank you for reminding me where I want to be when BLC20 ends.
