Everyday I will
1. eat 3 fruit/ veggie/ day (1 after bf, 1 after lunch, 1 after dinner) - ate 1 before breakfast
2. Spend atleast 10 mins with sparkpeople.- DONE
3. drink 10 cups of water -Done
4. exercise for atleast 30mins. -Done
5. do not skip breakfast. -DONE
6. will note my progress in dairy -
7. Do 10 pushups in morning- Done
8. Do 10 pushups in evening-

will add the remaining by the end of today.
