Everyday I will
1. eat 3 fruit/ veggie/ day (1 after bf, 1 after lunch, 1 after dinner) - ate 1 before breakfast
2. Spend atleast 10 mins with sparkpeople.- DONE
3. drink 10 cups of water -YES
4. exercise for atleast 30mins. -NO (only 10 min)
5. do not skip breakfast. -NO
6. will note my progress in dairy -NO.

today had less junks.
