Day 30

30 days in and I'm going pretty well. Lost five kilos which is amazing. Weigh in day is tomorrow but I cheated and checked today because I finally got my electronic scales (!) and I've gained approximately .3 of a kilo (assuming that with my other scales I was exactly on 63, which I doubt). I'm really happy though, I was preparing myself for up to 65, because for the first time yesterday I actually binged and ate AT LEAST a thousand calories in pasta/meat/sauce. And didn't do my usual 2 hours of calisthenics/a little cardio. So the fact that I'm still in the 63's, and the low ones at that, makes me really happy. Hopefully I'll be down to at least 62.5 for this week's weigh in tomorrow
