I have been very hit and miss with going onto sparkpeople and posting a Blog but I do check in and try and log my exercise. emoticon I have been going to the new Boxing and Fitness Studio in Golden Grove and have taken up lots of different types of exercise that I never thought possible for me to do. My normal weekly exercise is Monday mornings I do 45 Mins of Boxing, Monday night is 45mins of Zumba, Tuesday morning is 45 mins of Punchfit, Tuesday night is 45 mins of Boxing, Wednesday is just 20 mins of walking in the morning and 20 mins at night. Thursday is 20 mins of walking in the morning, 20 Mins walking @ night and 45 mins of Boxing, Friday is 45 mins of Fitball. Saturday is 45 mins of Boxing and every second Saturday and extra 45 mins of punchfit. I haven't really been keeping track of what I have been eating but my weight is staying the same, but I have lost 3.9cm in the last month so that is good. So now if I get my eating back on track just imagine what I could lose.
I don't think I have been this fit in over 20 years. The other Sunday I did my jog/walk and I knocked 3 minutes of my previous best, so as it was a Public Holiday on Monday and the gym wasn't open I thought I would try and do even better which I managed to do as I knock another 2 minutes off so that is 5 minutes off my previous best, I was so pleased. So it just goes to show if you put the effort in you will be rewarded.

Part of the boxing class is doing the Horrible 100s which is aptly named, anyway my very first effort on 13/8/12 took 4.14 mins, my time today 8/10/12 was 2.53 mins but my personal best is 2.45 mins so I am so pleased with myself, I was just happy to get under 3 minutes but I have done that and more so my next goal for the Horrible 100s is to get under 2.30 mins it may take me a while yet but I will get there.

My goal now is to get my eating back on track and then I will be Trim Taught and Terrific
