This week I started back up on the Power 90 program. I made some adjustments to the program since I was concerned with some of the safety issues. I forgo the stretching in the beginning and do my own warm-up, which consists of power walking, jumping jacks, and running in place. I've managed to make lower-impact replacements to some of the more stressful moves. I'm hoping to work my way up to high impact eventually. I'm feeling very good about my progress so far.
I've discovered little pouches of pistachios at Wal-Mart. $1 for a 130 calorie serving. Not bad, especially since if I had a 10oz bag in front of me I would probably eat the whole thing!
This week looks to be a busy one, including an eye doctor appointment, car inspection, possibly having to cancel my cell phone contract, department potluck, and potential trip to NYC. Hopefully I can keep every situated!
