Wow, this has been a really horrible food weekend. I am afraid that I may have undone all of my good work from this past week with exercising. The week went well during the day but I stopped making good choices at dinner. I usually let myself have one cheat meal during the week and I changed it from my normal tuesday to monday. I then ate well on tuesday but went back to making poor choices on wednesday when I ate out with a friend and her kids. Unfortunately I used that as an excuse to eat unhealthy for the rest of the week. I am sure the scale is going to catch up with me this week.
Why is it that I have a great week with exercise or a great week with food but the two very rarely come together for an awesome overall week?
Ok, tomorrow is a brand new day of a brand new week for me. Here's to making good choices and not stepping on the scale until next sunday no matter how tempting it is to find out the bad news.
