Moving On!

So I have been on this site off and on trying to lose weight and never sticking with it. Recently I've been down because I broke up with my boyfriend because I caught him cheating on me. SOOOO now off to new beginnings. However I'm taking things day by day because I'm an emotional eater and right now I'm an emotional mess. Not that I'm not going to try or let that be my excuse however I may slip. So heres to trying again and now that i dont have someone holding me back i may succeed this time. Wish me luck!

    I see you have the same motivational poster on your page as I do.. not only does that apply to working out and changing your body but I believe it holds ture for everything eles in our lives.. so give it 12 weeks don't quit...
