I am sleeping well. I also will take naps if I get a shorter amount of sleep. Cooking is getting easier. I see a routine emerging.
I'm discerning what I can do well on a Sunday.
With planning, I can get to church. I then spent time with husband.
I'll go to the gym to use the lower body machines and track.
I'm trying to see what Bob can do.
So my day is quiet.
