Will this time be any different?!?

Sunday, October 07, 2012

So, after signing up for spark people I am seriously wondering if this time my desire to lose weight will be successful. This time will I be motivated or this time will I not give up or this time will I have enough self control to follow a plan. I have complete faith that God can change my eating habits and my lack of self control. But, I also know that faith without works is dead. So, I'm going to lean on my faith in God to see me through with my trust in him that he can help me manage my eating and exercising and put forth the effort to succeed. Will this time be any different? The answer is yes! I'm learning that I have to speak positively into my life. If I want things to change I can change them. I'm willing to take this journey a day at a time to reach my goal. emoticon

This time will be different if you want it to be. You have to find a way to keep yourself motivated. emoticon
Use the nutrition tracker and track everything that goes into your mouth. This will hold you accountable and maybe you'll think twice before you put something in your mouth that you shouldn't. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
Use the fitness tracker to track your workouts. This will hold you accountable for making your body smaller in size. emoticon emoticon
Use the water tracker. This will hold you accountable for flushing out all the impurities in your body. emoticon emoticon
Write your blog everyday and maybe someone will make a comment that will motivate you.
