It was a great Thanksgiving. I got my exercise in including a walk, raking and my ST exercises today. That brought me up to 20,000 fitness minutes. Hooray! My knees are pretty sore but it will pass. I admit I only worked hard raking for about 5 of those minutes and my walk was probably 2 miles an hour as we were looking for a geocache. Felt wonderful to spend time with family. I ate good foods as well as not so great foods but I was able to take smaller portions (tastes) of the things so I could have more of what I really desired. I feel so satisfied. Got in all my freggies and water. Tomorrow back to "normal" and continuing to try and do at least 70 minutes a day - probably some water workout to give my knees a break. I will also try a new quinoa and black bean cassarole recipe. Next set of guests arrive tomorrow to the B&B so it will be busy!
