100 lbs. In 300 Days - Day Thirteen

Day Thirteen worked out okay. I met my calorie goals. I didn't really have a lot of trouble at all. I STILL didn't exercise. *sigh* I have a big problem with that.

I went grocery shopping and visited the second hand store with my Summer Rayne. We had a great time together, picking through the used books, etc. I really was happy to get to spend some time with her. I miss her so much.

Food followers... Breakfast was some yogurt and out the door. For lunch I had some turkey with BBQ sauce, part of a bun, some deep fried corn nuggets (Really!!!) and some macaroni and cheese. I drank water. For supper I just had some broccoli soup and half a grilled cheese that I made on my pannini press so I could make it without butter. Again, water to drink. That's all, folks!

    You dont think that you exercised but in fact you did do some. you got out, walked around, went shopping. even a little bit of exercising/movement is better than none. you sound like you did ok on your meals too but try to stay away from friend foods. go to the mall and walk around. take a dog for a walk, dance around the house, even housework/vacuuming is exercise. you are doing great! good job! I have faith in you that you can meet this goal. keep up the good work.
