As you may know, I was feeling pretty sick on Friday, but I started with oral Zicam spray, onion-infused honey, heated lime juice with honey, Emergen-C, and propolis combined with balsam extract.
Yesterday (Saturday) morning I felt somewhat better, so I pushed myself into walking the virtual Spark 5K in 48:17. I stayed up kind of late listening to and participating in the www.klcc.org fundraiser. I listen and dance to Dead Air with Downtown Deb nearly every Saturday night, so I like to donate once a year.
This morning I walked another 3 miles on the treadmill at a more leisurely pace ~52 minutes. Then I did a few minutes of kettlebell swings.
My husband took my measurements today and I've continued to lose, especially in my waist and hips.
I didn't get food tracked again today, but that's not the end of the world. I know I'm moving in the right direction. The collarbones are peeking out. Defining them is my latest motivation!
