Workout Plan for the Week

Sunday - Oh, how I wanted to be lazy today in my sweatpants with the Packers on TV. But I did drag myself onto the treadmill for a 2.5 mile walk while watching the fourth quarter. A win for me, not the Pack.
Monday - The plan is to do two hours of TKD. Oh, yes, I can! Kids are coming along for the first hour, then DH will bring them home.
Tuesday - Hmmm...TKD? Zombie run? Yoga?
Wednesday - Rest day. Jack has soccer practice, so that kind of blows the evening. Possible walk with the dog around the neighborhood?
Thursday - One hour of TKD.
Friday - Another rest day.
Saturday - TKD with the entire family.
Goal for the Week: 300 minutes
