I am bound and determined to get back on track and stay on track this week! This morning I made some cooked cereal and soup. This evening I cooked extra quinoa and cut up a personal melon and a cantaloupe. So I am all set with good healthy breakfasts and lunches and at least part of my dinners this week. I am also just a few steps away from 10,000 today. I ran a lot of errands early in the day which got me about halfway. It sprinkled periodically throughout the day so I ended up just getting out my WiiFit and spent about an hour doing the ones that were more focused on leg movements.
I am glad that I am off to a good start for the week. I know I have at least two evenings that I will be eating dinner out so hopefully with the food I have planned for breakfast, lunch, and dinners I'll eat at home the two dinners won't upset the balance too badly.
