Off to a good restart!

I am bound and determined to get back on track and stay on track this week! This morning I made some cooked cereal and soup. This evening I cooked extra quinoa and cut up a personal melon and a cantaloupe. So I am all set with good healthy breakfasts and lunches and at least part of my dinners this week. I am also just a few steps away from 10,000 today. I ran a lot of errands early in the day which got me about halfway. It sprinkled periodically throughout the day so I ended up just getting out my WiiFit and spent about an hour doing the ones that were more focused on leg movements.

I am glad that I am off to a good start for the week. I know I have at least two evenings that I will be eating dinner out so hopefully with the food I have planned for breakfast, lunch, and dinners I'll eat at home the two dinners won't upset the balance too badly.

    Sounds like you are prepared and ready to go. You should have a wonderful week. As far as eating out, I've found that going over the menu BEFORE I go and picking what I want really helps. I can track before I leave and I don't even open the menu at the restaurant. That way I'm not tempted into something that "looks good" but would be an eating disaster!
