New Beginning, New End

Sunday, October 07, 2012

Okay, it's not horrible but I did manage to gain about three pounds while on vacation. I was feeling like it was more actually so I'm not too upset about it really. This is a weight loss and health improvement journey and journeys sometimes have sideroads so cool. I'm ready to hit it good and steady now.
So his is a new beginning.
The new end?
I've changed my end goal from October 8th, (obviously not going to happen) to New Years Eve. It's doable if I behave as good as I was behaving when I first got into SparkPeople.

Life is too short not to enjoy things in moderation! I think you did great if you only gained 3 lbs while on vacation. emoticon 3 lbs won't take long to lose!

What a wonderful attitude! So many people start kicking themselves if they have a setback or don't reach a goal. It's so important to remember that it IS a journey and it's not about perfection but about improvement!
