I have moved on to the next Sparkpeople jogging plan. By the end of 5 weeks I should be jogging 35 minutes. I remember when i started 5-6 weeks ago I could barely jog a minute before I was dead. I was wheezing, and my lungs felt like they were going to burst. Now my legs hurt more than my lungs which I think is progress. I am on the part where I jog 4 minutes, walk 1 minute.
