Time to start

Ok, today is my first day counting calories after a long pregnancy full of caving into every delicious craving I had. This might be a rough road but it's time to start counting calories and losing that baby weight. I'm planning to take in a few more calories than the tracker allows to account for the extra calories needed for breast feeding. I'm excited to get my body back and to feel and look great!
