Getting ready for a new week

I am trying to get my thoughts and plans together for this next week. I really need to work on getting things organized. Everytime I want to do something for myself there are a thousand other things I need to be doing for everybody else. Hoping to do better this week on my goals.

    I struggle with doing for myself also. I seem to spend all of my time taking care of everyone else. Just take things one day at a time and look for little windows of time for you.

    It is so hard to get started. But you have to put yourself first so that you can take care of everyone and everything else. You're a wife and mother, right? That's what we do . emoticon
    One of the things I've always hated to do, but had to do because we live so far from stores (75 miles) is plan meals. What I did was try to plan for a week. If I couldn't get it done I just recorded what we ate. Eventually we had 2 weeks of meals that I would repeat; then 4 weeks, etc. Right now I have a full year of meals to choose from. Now I'm building a shopping list to go with each week.

    It is difficult to do for others as well as yourself. But you are just as important as everyone else, so do it for yourself!
