So week one focused on getting in 10 glasses of water a day. Wow, that is really hard. I have to admit I didn't get it done every day. I did manage to do it 5 out of the 7 days which I think is really good. I am trying to keep that habit but take it down to 8 glasses a day. Drinking all that water made me feel really good. I think it also helped out with cravings. Looking back at my calorie intake I ate less on the days that I got 10 glasses in.
Fitness was still not up to what I wanted it to be. I didn't make my calorie burn in for the week but did get some minutes in for some good workouts. When I weighed Saturday morning I was glad to see a 1/2 pound decrease. It isn't much but it better than nothing.
