I have already discussed my plans to change up my swimming workout.
Now, I'll outline some of the things I plan to do, to change up my walking
workout. First, I'll put on my new walking shoes. Next, I'll begin my walk,
as usual. After I have walked a couple of laps, as a warm-up, I'll walk a bit
faster, pumping my arms. This walk will be indoors, up in the Mezzanine
of the nearby Mall. That's why I'll be wearing my new shoes ; they won't get
wrecked, by wearing them outdoors. When I'm walking in the Mall, I already
change directions, after a few laps, so I don't get dizzy. I usually walk with a
friend, or two ; I hope my friend(s) will be able to join me, tonight !
