The facebook status

So imagine that!! Last Sunday, something comes over me, all of a sudden, and after maybe a month of bad diet and little exercise, I decide that I want to lose 30 more pounds.

Forget about the fact that I've been fighting to lose 7lbs for the past 2 months, I just decide that I'll do it!

And like that, I sit in front of my screen and update my facebook status: "Alright people, here it is, making myself accountable by announcing to all that I will lose a total of 30lbs by February 2013...here I said it, now I don't have a choice!!! "

It's a known theory that the fear of shame is a powerful incentive! Well, I confirm that theory! I've lost 4lbs this week, I had done so by Wednesday, with the old diet and exercise trick. Lol!

I spent all summer trying diet pills and crash diets, I wanted to lose weight fast, but I just ended up losing precious time!

I see clearly now, watch me go! ;)

    i try diet pills as well and it seem to work for me along with exercising combined. Now i try the sparks video and it seems to be helping as well.
