Well - it actually happened. We're having a REAL fall day - the high was 58 degrees, a bit overcast, a few drops of rain here & there - leaves turning! Woo hoo! I honestly thought fall would NEVER get here - we've been having 88-90 degree days and I have been NONE too happy with that for sure! But today - I'm a happy fall camper! LOL!
With fall comes the beautiful changing of the season: golden, orange, burgandy leaves - just spectular to see IF you live in an area where the leaves change (and I do). There are smells associated with fall: pumpkin bread baking; soups; turkey, etc. There's sweaters, boots to pull out - why one might even set a fire! Ahhh - fall is here.
So today, of course, I'm working all day, but with all my rest from yesterday I'm geared up to go. Have a meeting tonight; doing some speaking/coaching as a part of that time, so I'm feeling good. I've stayed on track food wise today AND this week - so I'm delighted!
I have tomorrow & Tuesday off - going to clean the garage; may attempt to paint a piece of furniture I bought not long ago - and then again, I may just veg out. I think I'll play it by ear as NOTHING is crutial AND will still be waiting for me on Friday or Saturday when I have some more days off. So it's all good!
So while I bask in the fall afterglow - I must skidaddle onto the next thing on the today's agenda. I hope you have an awesome rest of the weekend!
