My Motivation for Today

Well BLC week 4 day 5. I am still having hamstring issues. I was able to do 95 minutes of Cardio and ST today. Then I used the foam roller for stretching out my quads and hamstrings. Wow it was amazing. My knee is not feeling crampy now. I must try to do that a few times a week.

I am focusing on CICO and watching what I put in my mouth. I got a new app for my phone that helps me track.

I am determined to move that scale.

    hey i hear sometime if you eat more the scale move not a lot of extra food just a little and only healthy food of course

    Try watching your water consumption RIGHT before you work out. I try to have 1-2 glasses 15-30 minutes before I work out due to an article i read on Sparkpeople. It has really helped avoid a lot of cramping in my work outs.
