Well BLC week 4 day 5. I am still having hamstring issues. I was able to do 95 minutes of Cardio and ST today. Then I used the foam roller for stretching out my quads and hamstrings. Wow it was amazing. My knee is not feeling crampy now. I must try to do that a few times a week.
I am focusing on CICO and watching what I put in my mouth. I got a new app for my phone that helps me track.
I am determined to move that scale.
