Weigh Yourself!!!

Weigh yourself on oct 10th. It will help. Yes, it is scary but how bad could it possibly be?? You still fit in your favorite jeans so the most you'll probably be is 160 and even if that is the case then just friggin lose the weight. Knowing your actual weight will motivate you because then you will have the courage to get on the scale again and again and see your progress.

So don't be a baby, and if you are scared that the number is going to stink, that is why I'm giving you a couple days to get your act together before the weigh in. Also, you need to find a good scale. There is one at the gym but ugh its out in the open and not in the locker room which is ridiculous and nerve racking!! The craptastic scale here is completely inaccurate. It says I'm 164.4 right now but I think you are a little less than that. Probably around 160. So whatever the case just bust a move! Jess M said you looked skinny! Just get to 149!! You can do it, its so simple.

Heather is losing weight if she can do it, so can you for crying out loud.
